Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS’ WORK?
A: I take all of my photos in intimate, relaxed settings and use natural lighting as often as possible to achieve a timeless, film-inspired look. I direct instead of “pose” making my sessions lighthearted & fun!
Q: WILL WE GET THE PRINT RELEASE TO OUR PHOTOS AFTER OUR WEDDING?
A: Yes! Upon receiving your images, you will also get a full print release.
Q: HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT OUR WEDDING?
A: Most of my wedding collections include two photographers, and you can always add on a second photographer for an additional cost. There are countless benefits to having a second photographer!
Q: WILL WE GET FEATURED IN A MAGAZINE OR BLOG?
A: Although many of my sessions do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed weddings!
Q: DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ELOPEMENTS?
A: Of course! Depending on availability and the number of hours you have set aside for photography, I have special rates for elopements.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?
A: I sure do! From wedding coordinators to florists and caterers, I have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you!
Q: WE’RE HAVING A DESTINATION WEDDING. DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: Yes! I love destination weddings and feel blessed to have traveled all over the world photographing love stories. Send me more information on your travel plans, and I will create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs.
Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
A: I highly encourage clients to order prints directly through their online galleries via my professional vendor, but it is not required. The difference in color and quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab!
Q: WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
A: I use professional quality Canon equipment. I always carry the 5d mark iv, the mark iii, eos-1v (film camera), 50 mm lens, 85 mm lens, 35 mm lens, & the 100 mm macro lens, among other lighting items. I bring along backup gear in the rare event that anything should happen to one of my pieces.
Q: when will we receive our photos?
A: Wedding galleries are delivered within six weeks and portrait session galleries are delivered within two weeks. Rush processing can be added for an additional fee.
Q: Let’s do this! HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
A: A 50% retainer payment and signed contract are required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Four weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due. Fill out my contact form to inquire about your date!
